Returns of any Irrifate or Blossom Lips products are eligable up to 30 days after product purchase. Any purchase must be proven with a order number and name for order. If an issue with the product or item was found, we encourage informing us during the 30 day time frame for a full refund or replacment of product. Irrifate products ship 2-3 business days after the order has been placed, this varies depending on state, country, and general location. All products should be recieved in excellent condition from the factory to the shipping location. Product should be sealedon arrival. DO NOT USE ANY OPEN OR UNSEALED PRODUCT. Irrifates Tamper Free policy accepts refunds up to 10 days of outside product tampering.
